I've always been
the one they throw
at the fire.
No matter the problem — a broken process, a missing system, a website that embarrassed everyone — I was the one handed the match and told to fix it. Turns out, that's a skill.
Taking big ideas and making them actually work.
My name is Netanel Younker. Since my first role out of university, I've lived in the space where technology meets operations. Even back in school, my friend group was constantly building servers and writing programs to make their lives run faster. My role in the group? Understanding what they were trying to make happen — and figuring out the structure to actually do it properly.
That dynamic never really stopped. The most common blind spot I see in business is focusing entirely on revenue and vision while ignoring how the day-to-day actually moves. A great idea that takes 40 hours of manual work a week isn't a great business — it's a trap.
I built YounkerStudio because I saw too many small businesses hiring three different vendors — a web person, an automation person, a strategy person — and ending up with a fractured system where nobody owns the full picture. I'm one person. You bring me the problem, and I build the system that solves it.
The 4 rules I don't
compromise on.
Figure it out first
No code is written, no tool is bought, no workflow is automated until we actually understand the root problem. Symptoms and causes are different things.
Simple over clever
Clever systems break. Simple systems scale. I don't build Rube Goldberg machines to make myself look smart — I build things that work when I'm not in the room.
The unvarnished truth
If an idea won't work, or a tool is wrong for the job, I'll say it plainly. You're paying for honest judgment, not for someone to agree with you.
You own it all
Every deliverable, every line of code, every tool account — it belongs to you. I build systems you own outright, not dependencies on my continued involvement.
The timeline.
Managing data accuracy across a 200,000+ contact HubSpot database while handling operational relationships with international diamond businesses and sourcing nations ahead of CEO engagement.
Scaled operations for an $80M+ portfolio, managed a 540-vendor network, digitized tracking systems, implemented automated invoicing workflows, and architected the company website from scratch.
Drove B2B partnerships in the tech sector, deployed HubSpot for lead tracking, and aligned cross-functional teams around new KPIs.
Double focus in Finance & Marketing. Studied international business dynamics abroad in Ireland.
Hard skills.
