01 — FAQ
Small businesses, primarily. The sweet spot is a founder-led operation — somewhere between
"just getting started" and "things are working but we're drowning in the manual overhead."
Industry doesn't matter much. What matters is that you've got a real problem and you're ready to fix it.
Yes — this is actually the most common way people come in. You don't need to have the
solution figured out. That's my job. All you need to bring is an honest description of
what's frustrating you, where time is being lost, or what's not working the way it should.
From there, I'll figure out what's actually going on and what needs to happen.
It starts with a conversation — no agenda, no pitch deck. You tell me what's going on,
I ask questions, and I get a picture of the situation. From there I'll put together a
clear plan: what needs to happen, in what order, and what it'll cost. Once we agree
on scope, I execute. You'll have one point of contact from start to finish — no
hand-offs, no subcontractors, no broken telephone.
For defined-scope projects — a website build, an automation setup, a CRM cleanup —
I work at $50/hr. You'll know the scope and estimate before we start, so there are
no surprises. For larger, multi-phase builds or ongoing operational support, I quote
based on what's actually needed. Either way, you'll have a clear number before any
work begins.
It depends entirely on the scope. A focused automation can be designed, built, and
deployed in a few days. A full website build typically runs two to four weeks from
kick-off to launch. Larger operational projects are scoped individually. I'll give
you a realistic timeline before we start, and I don't pad it.
Primarily remote. Most of what I do — system design, automation builds, web development,
strategy — doesn't require physical presence and works better with async communication
anyway. If your situation genuinely needs an in-person component, we can talk about it.
Yes, fully. Every deliverable, every file, every tool account belongs to you. I don't
use proprietary systems that require ongoing access to me. I build things you can
maintain, hand off to someone else, or pick up yourself. Creating dependencies on
my continued involvement isn't something I do.

Tell me what's going on — a paragraph is enough. I'll respond within one business day
and we'll set up a time to talk.
Still have a question?
Just ask. There's no form or format required — a single sentence is enough to get started.
